Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to use of darthailand.com and booking requests made through Dar Thailand, operated by Australian Camps for Education Pty Ltd and Douyin Portal Co. L.L.C.

Availability and pricing

Displayed availability and quotations are based on current supplier information and the details entered. A reservation is not confirmed merely by viewing a quotation. The booking flow will identify when payment and final confirmation occur.

Guest information

You must provide accurate guest and booking information and have authority to provide details for other guests. Passport and identification requirements may apply to the accommodation.

Payment, changes, and cancellation

The applicable payment, deposit, cancellation, refund, security-deposit, and amendment conditions must be shown during checkout or in the booking confirmation. Those booking-specific conditions form part of your agreement.

Villa use

Guests must follow occupancy limits, house rules, local laws, safety requirements, and supplier policies. Events, commercial use, pets, smoking, and additional visitors may require prior written approval.

Website information

We aim to keep descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability accurate, but circumstances may change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
