Dar Thailand is operated by Australian Camps for Education Pty Ltd and Douyin Portal Co. L.L.C. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse, request availability, or make a booking.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, booking dates, guest count, promotional code, additional requests, payment status, and passport number where required to arrange the stay. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by Dar Thailand.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide quotations, prevent duplicate bookings, process and administer reservations, communicate confirmations and reminders, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and respond to enquiries.

Legal bases

Depending on the activity, processing is necessary to take steps at your request or perform a booking contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or is based on consent where required.

Who receives it

Information may be shared only as needed with villa suppliers, hosting and automation providers, email and messaging providers, payment processors, and professional or public authorities where legally required. International transfers may occur because the service and villas operate across countries.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the booking, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes that apply. Access is limited and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used. Passport information is particularly restricted.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and may withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
